I got a lot going on,BP has been 208/110 the way things are going ,Evine can not screw a dead woman! I thought i was going to get gas for home,after paying off my checking account overdrafts for forgetting to put my lot rent in the memo and then evine emails me about value pays, I.m over due ,later i found to my surprise between 4-$600.00! I thought i was paying a credit card,which i pay every mo. on time,no,I owe past payments! It turns out that the time I had a value pay account I owed very little,when I opened a credit card with them! the lady said you can't have 2 accounts,want to close this out! "No I said, keep it the way it is,it was less confusing and I could not make the little payment,that is why I got a credit card,Bad thing to get! I broke a tablet at the time after that and someone was trying to activate the service w/freedom pop,BAD too! I canceled my debt. card ,let everyone know my new #,including EVINE,they had it when they got a few Vpays,and got another payment w/o my consent next day! I no longer trust them! i paid my lot rent,got no TV,just shopping networks anyway,BAD THING! I had no money in account for evine,they sent past due bill for Vpays,I intended to pay when i got it,until I found out that they can automatically deduct what is owed them when the money goes in my checking.I forgot to mention,They had me in 2 accounts,that is why the new # did not go on the old one,but no payments were coming out until I gave them permission for the little V-pays past due,so,they had my # then even tho they had it wrong,they knew the last digits when I asked them,if they knew the last digits! I,m no accountant and it's hard to keep up with all this and no one else is getting theirs either! I sent message to cancel the May payments sense they have been getting them already and I was mailing in June V-pays and I still can not get in my account to find out what Vpays I have ! I was told before on 1st time that they would e mail them and get it straight second time,cause all I could see before was 1st. acct.,now it says no V-pays ! I assume they turned it over to accounts by the message I got,WERe sorry you no longer want to use the V-pays option! I never said I wanted to cancel that out,I only wanted to make it simpler,for me this coming month with no surprises when I call my auto bank number to see what's happening! They are not doing their job! BAD BUSSINESS! The credit card was more than I expected it to be,now I got this V-pays dumpted on me! I like V-pays,I kept up with it ,they should of kept up with my card change and this would of not happened! This is just another lesson,I always said ,if you want to see it get done, make sure they do the job right! AGAIN! my advise,do not do the credit card,cause ,if you do it their way,you will pay! 3x or more at their rate! I learnend my lesson ,but it will take me forever to pay off because of the Vpays! I wonder ,if it was done on purpose to make it longer and harder to pay them back!

Evine says the last payment they received was April?/ i made little v-pays on phone and next day it says evine got another 3 x bigger payment that I did not authorise and the lady on phone said,'somebody did it' I said" yeh ! you'll" I just got through paying what they said was overdue for may ,but someone named EVINE is taking V_pays out and they said it was Synchrony bank The tele number beside it,is same as always been! I,m still waiting on my V-pay schedule and today I got a email from Evine Synchrony ,accounts alert,to manage your account ,put in card # and I realised ,I pay my bill through the mail and did that payment I did over the phone that I did Friday, go to Synchrony Bank? I have never authorised any payment with this bank.We spoke about a over charge amount and i said I would mail it in,I still had to talk with Evine and that amount is on my bill statement! i mailed it in as usual! I have herd that if you answer any question with a yes,such as"did you purchase xxxxx,they can use that recording as a answer for authorization to take out of your account! Is this the case here,We will see about that! Could be bye bye to both Evine and their bank!

They told me they did not get no payments sense april,my visa had changed,they knew the last 4 digits! They had it on file when I got the credit card! They had me in 2 accounts! I just got through paying a past due bill they said was May,but V-pays were coming out in may,they said it was Synchrony bank,then why I got to pay Evine ,if Synchrony bank already got the V_pays? Are they double billing me?

No way I can V-pays w/ no list up -coming payments! They had me in 2 V- pay accounts to start with and just this month I seen V pays coming out and the bank says they are Evine that's doing it! I do not know what to do! Evine says they are not and that lady was so rude interrupting me and it became an interruptive conversation back and forth! I can not under stand foreigners either,She sounded like IMan! I have !st page of latest statement!

Removed the TV frm the box went to turn it on and lines appeared across and down the left corner of the TV.

I have bought many things for years with Evine but don’t recall having to send anything back if so there was not much expense. My recent experience in the last couple of days I bought 5 sets of sheet sets which totaled over $200. They were not the quality I expected upon delivery so I returned them with their shipping label through the postal service. It cost me $104.81 to send back. Ridiculous!!! If the products were worth it I would have just kept them. I then called Evine customer service to complain and they did not have much if any consolation but to make a note of the complaint. Their current policy of returns does not benefit the satisfaction of the valued customer. I am totally disappointed and am now banning them from my shopping list. Sincerely sad and bad business!!!

I returned items at 30 day mark and they refused to refund the purchase. Beware that they need to receive the items into their warehouse 10 days before the 30 day mark or else they will NOT refund your money. Bad customer service. Will not be shopping there!!

ok so Ordered a watch i received a box WITH OUT WATCH so why would I pay for it if I never received it. I spoke to my credit card complaint I disputed charge and I one the case.So why the *** is evine live hitting my credit report with hard inquiries. jeffrey simon (845) 499 ****

I found my U-pays were turned over to S bk. when evine C.S. told me that the bank was taking $ out, not them and it got switched back to Evine and I,m still waiting on my V-pay schedule! I wondered ,if this was taking care of or are they both going to be taking payments at same time for the months to come!

$18 to ship a small bottle of face cream, three small tubes of facial scrub, and a container of body cream. Separate orders that are placed each have a shipping charge. However, Evine puts all orders in one box and ships. Evine needs to take care of customers with a reduced shipping.

Fry Pan ,don't work even after you sent new cord.

They are selling Waterford Crystal and it’s made in Check Republic not Ireland as they lead you to believe its Irish . Marquis is not made in Ireland and has nothing to do with it. I bought a item and was shocked when I bought junk

I purchased a refurbished 55 in. Tv. It took Evine 6 days to proccess the order. Now 6 days later they claim AIT their delivery company has the tv and will be calling. AIT said they do not have the tv. An that they sent emails about it to Evine but Evine has not returned the emails. All customer service says in emails that it can take 7 to 10 days for delivery for ATI to call to set up a delivery date. Hello AIT doesnt have the tv and your not responding to them. Evine gets a negative satisfaction rating. Cuztomer service should be completly revamp.

Allison is very annoying as a host. I turn tv off when she is on air.

I ordered the new Paula Deen air fryer. Skip was hosting and kept showing the web page during presentation showing if you spend $99 you get 20 percent off. The air fryer was 139.99. I placed the order and applied Thanks 20 code. When my order was complete the 20 percent came off. Now it says it has shipped and the price is 139.99. Called customer service. They claim the air fryer was not on the deal. Why was Skip telling us to use code. Why did it show up at discounted price when I was finalizing my order. Going to refuse package.
